Tips & Warnings
If you’re dealing with a malfunctioning phone that doesn’t respond when you use the buttons or has a frozen or non-working screen, hold your Vortex with the top facing up. Place your thumbnail in the groove located at the top, apply pressure to the cover and pry it from the phone. Remove the battery, wait a minute, reinsert the battery and then press the cover onto the back until you hear or feel it click in place. Then try one of the two methods above to hard-reset your phone.
If you still can’t get your Vortex to work, contact your service provider for assistance.
