How to Use World Wind for KMLs
KML, or Keyhole Markup Language, is a file format that stores geographical data. This format is compatible with most Earth browser applications. World Wind, an application developed by NASA, is also compatible with KML files. This application features a built-in option that allows you to immediately open KML files.
