Troubleshooting the VersaLink A90
The VersaLink A90 gateway distributes the signal from your DSL provider so you can connect multiple devices to your home network. Connection and minor settings issues can cause the device to stop working properly and shut down the network. Troubleshoot the settings and network connection to the VersaLink A90 to get your home network in a functional operating condition.

Remove the connection from your DSL filter to the "DSL" port on the VersaLink. Plug the cable back into the port until your hear a small click.

Turn off the modem by pressing the "ON/OFF" switch on the back of the modem. Turn the modem back on to power-cycle the modem and re-establish the connection to your other networked devices.

Press the "Reset" button on the rear of the VersaLink A90 to reset the VersaLink to factory settings. This will resolve minor settings changes that could be causing the issues with your VersaLink's operating condition.

Check that the "Power" "Internet" and "DSL" lights are glowing green to verify that the VersaLink is operating properly.
