Troubleshooting the Xeos XP4000 rechargeable, digital pocket photo frame is almost always possible, because the frame is a relatively non-complex device that rarely needs service. In fact, the three issues you might encounter all require simple adjustments to the device or your computer -- adjustments that you can perform yourself.

      Press the "RESET" button at the back of the unit with the end of a paper clip if the XP4000 suddenly loses its capability to display the time or picture images.

      Check that you have properly connected the device to your computer with a USB cable if the "AutoRun Application Program" does not automatically start. If this does not fix the error, then double-click the "Rechargeable Pocket Photo Frame" icon on your desktop to run it manually.

      Disconnect the photo frame, and restart your computer if a "Restart" dialog box appears. Reconnect the frame once the computer is live again.
