How to Stream the ASX Music Player in Fedora 9

Fedora, the Linux-based operating system, doesn't natively support the ASX compressed audio file format developed by Microsoft Corporation. Playing ASX files on Fedora requires you to install MPlayer, a media player that supports the format. You can install that application by using a specific terminal command line.

Instructions

1. Double-click "Terminal" on your computer's desktop.

2. Enter the following command in the Terminal window:
   sudo yum install mplayer mplayer-gui

3. Press the "Enter" key on your keyboard.

4. Type your password and press the "Enter" key again.
