P2k Commander is able to delete files off of your microSD card.

The P2k Commander is a file manager tool designed for Motorola mobile phones. You can use it to transfer files between your computer and the phone and also create directories on he Motorola device. This is one of the few tools that can interface with Motorola P2k phones, such as the Motorola E1000. If you don't have a microSD adapter for your card, one of the easiest ways to delete files, including songs, from the microSD card is to use P2k Commander. You just need to install the tool on your computer, connect the phone to the computer and use the program to delete the songs.

      Insert the microSD card in your Motorola device. Connect the Motorola device to the computer by using the USB data transfer cable that came with the phone.

      Open the Web browser on your computer and navigate to e398mod.com to search for the latest Motorola P2k drivers. Click on the "Download version 2.6.2.0 HERE" link and save the archive on your hard disk drive.

      Right-click on the archive you just saved and select "Extract all" from the drop-down menu. Select a folder for the files and click on the "Extract" button.

      Navigate to softpedia.com to download P2k Commander.

      Extract the contents of the archive in a folder on your hard disk drive. Navigate to the folder and double-click on the "P2kCommander.exe" file to start the software.

      Click on the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the window and select the "P2k Mobile phone" entry. The software will attempt to access your phone. Windows does not yet recognize the device and asks to install the drivers.

      Select the "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)" option in the Found New Hardware Wizard window. Click the "Next" button. Select the "Search for the best driver in these locations" option and click on the "Include this location in the search" check-box. Click on the "Browse" button and use the resulting file browser to navigate to the folder where you extracted the P2k drivers. Click on the "Next" button. The Found New Hardware Wizard will install the appropriate files. Click on the "Finish" button.

      Use the same options and location when Windows asks to install three more drivers. You can now connect to the Motorola phone.

      Click on the drop-down menu in the top left corner of the window and select the "P2k Mobile phone" entry. It takes approximately 15 seconds for the computer to connect to the mobile phone. The phone's file structure will be displayed in the left pane. The microSD card has its own folder. Because folder names differ from one cell phone to another, navigate to each folder until you find the microSD card.

      Select the songs you want to delete in the left pane. To select multiple files at once, hold down the "Control" key while clicking on the files.

      Click on the "Delete" button in the bottom-right corner of the window to delete the songs from your microSD card.
