How to Decrypt Endpoint Manager
When using Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager, it is sometimes necessary to remotely decrypt a client computer's partition, for example if that machine's user cannot log in to his system. While the computer of an authorized user automatically decrypts the system's files upon a successful login, failure to log in to a computer results in an inability to decrypt the files. If you have administrative privileges, you can fix that issue by using the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager application.
