How to Use Plantronics Voyager Pro as a Webinar Mic
You can use the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset as a computer microphone to participate in a webinar or other voice chat on your Bluetooth enabled computer. You need to first pair the Plantronics headset to your computer and you can select it as the microphone of choice when you enter your webinar. Your computer must be equipped with Bluetooth or use a Bluetooth add-on to connect with the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset.

Click on the "Start" button and type "Bluetooth Settings." Click on "Change Bluetooth Settings" to access the control panel options for your computer's Bluetooth hardware. Click the box next to "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find this Computer" and click "Apply."

Power on your Plantronics Voyager Pro by pressing the power button on the bottom of the earpiece. The LED light above the power button will flash red and blue to indicate that it's in pairing mode.

Click on the "Start" button on your computer, then click "Devices and Printers." Click "Add a Device" and choose your Plantronics headset from the list. It will likely be called "PROPlantronics." Click "Next" to pair your computer to the headset. If you're prompted, enter the PIN for the headset by typing "0000" into your computer. Finish the Add a Device Wizard.

Look at the light on the Plantronics headset. When it's solid blue, the pairing was successful.

Remove the check next to "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Find This Computer" and click "OK."

Click on the "Start" button and type "Sound." Choose "Sound" from the "Control Panel" options. Click on the "Recording" tab and click to select your Plantronics Headset from the list of options. Click "Set Default." Click on the "Playback" tab and do the same if you want to hear the webinar through the Plantronics headset as well. Click "OK."

Tips & Warnings
The Plantronics Voyager Pro UC comes with a USB Bluetooth dongle and one is available as an add-on for the Plantronics Voyager Pro HD.
