How to Use YouTube on iTunes Video Podcast
You can use one of two apps to import YouTube feeds into iTunes and watch individual videos using the software. The apps convert YouTube videos into podcasts, meaning you can also watch them offline in iTunes. Alternatively, subscribe to the "Best of YouTube" podcast from iTunes to watch a weekly episode of YouTube clips you might not otherwise see. These tools are all free to download and use, and aren't mutually exclusive: You can import videos into iTunes as a podcast at the same time as downloading the "Best of YouTube" podcast.

Download RSS Handler from code.google.com/p/rsshandler. This program allows you to subscribe to YouTube feeds in iTunes and download the videos as a podcast. To run this software, install Java and give the software all permissions to your computer. Once you've set up a podcast feed, your podcasts update automatically every time you open the RSS Handler software.

Use YTPodcaster. To access this service, download the Air application, which you can find on the YTPodcaster website, ytpodcaster.com. The only information you need to subscribe to a YouTube user's channel in iTunes is the username. Run the YTPodcaster app when you're online to update your video podcast feeds.

Subscribe to the "Best of YouTube" podcast. This exhibits highlights from the last week's YouTube uploads and provides a way of watching YouTube clips on iTunes if you don't want to download third-party applications. The producers update the podcast weekly, and you can also transfer it to your iPod or iPhone to watch away from your computer.
