How to Upload FeedFlare to a Bluehost Server

FeedFlare is an integrated feature of FeedBurner, Google's RSS management system for webmasters. FeedFlare lets you add additional buttons to the RSS feed items, including buttons for sharing content. If you want to use FeedFlare and have a site hosted with Bluehost, you do not upload files to your server. Instead, you'll activate the service within your FeedBurner account then add the necessary JavaScript to your site template in the Bluehost control panel.

Instructions

    • 1

Sign in to your FeedBurner account and click on the "Optmize" tab. Click on the "FeedFlare" side tab.

    • 2

Click on "Activate" to turn the service on. Choose the features and buttons you want to enable.

    • 3

Select the content management or blog system you use, and then highlight and copy the JavaScript code.

    • 4
