Check the connections from your Comcast cable modem to your router. Ensure that the Ethernet cable is fully inserted into the port on the modem and the router.

Power-cycle your Comcast modem to ensure the connection between the devices is configured properly. Remove the power cable from the modem and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. Plug the cable back in to the port on the modem to power-cycle the modem and reinitialize the connection to your router.
