Instructions

    • 1

Check the connections from your Comcast cable modem to your router. Ensure that the Ethernet cable is fully inserted into the port on the modem and the router.

    • 2

Power-cycle your Comcast modem to ensure the connection between the devices is configured properly. Remove the power cable from the modem and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. Plug the cable back in to the port on the modem to power-cycle the modem and reinitialize the connection to your router.

Switch to a wired connection to your router or cable modem. Plug one end of the cable into the "Ethernet" port on your computer and connect the other end into the "LAN" port on the rear of your router. While wireless connections can support a connection to Hulu, wired connections are more stable and provide a better connection.
