How to: NAND Flash on an iPhone
Apple has removed the iPhone's native ability to function as a NAND flash drive. After jailbreaking your iPhone, however, you can install a free application from the Cydia store called USB Drive. This application allows you to use your iPhone as a NAND Flash Drive.

Tap the "Cydia" icon on your jailbroken iPhone.

Tap the "Search" icon and enter "USB Drive" in the search bar.

Select the "USB Drive" application from the search results, then tap "Install" and "Confirm."

Press the "Home" button on your iPhone.

Tap the "USB Drive" icon, then tap "Create Disk."

Select the size of the NAND flash drive you want to create on your iPhone. Your iPhone displays the amount of currently available memory. Tap the "Create" button and follow your iPhone's prompts once the application completes the process of creating the NAND flash drive.

Connect your iPhone to your computer using the data cable. Your computer automatically displays your iPhone as an available flash drive.
