How to Use Yahoo Mail From the LAUSD Protected Site
LAUSD is a protected site owned by the Los Angeles Unified School District. The LAUSD network may block access to certain sites such as Yahoo! Mail to prevent viruses and malicious software sent through email from reaching and spreading over the network. If you are using a computer on the LAUSD network, use a proxy to access your Yahoo! Mail account. Proxy server sites are free and allow you to surf the Internet anonymously.

Launch any Web browser and navigate to a free Web proxy website. Proxy servers include proxfree.com, proxeasy.com and proxify.com.

Type “mail.yahoo.com” in the address bar located within the proxy website.
