How to Update Facebook Layouts
Update the layout of your Facebook profile to reflect the latest Facebook profile layout before it's available to the public. Accessing the most recently developed profile layouts prior to their official rollout requires you to create and enable an application within the Facebook Developers interface; Facebook then invites you to preview the new layout as a developer.

Log in to your Facebook account. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the "Developers" button.

Select "Create New App." Input any values into the "Name" and "Namespace" fields, then click "Continue."

Choose "Open Graph" from the left navigation pane, then input any values into the two blank fields on the screen and choose "Get Started." Click "Save Changes And Next" at the bottom of the screen.

Click the "Get It Now" button when an invitation for the lastest available Facebook layout appears on your screen. Your Facebook profile now bears the latest Facebook layout.
