Navigate to the T-Mobile website, preferably using a computer. Although T-Zones allows you to view the Internet on your Nokia phone, the T-Mobile website may not display properly on the phone.

Log in to your T-Mobile account and select "Change Services" from the "Manage Plans and Services" tab. Scroll down to "T-Zones" and untick the box next to it.

Click "Done Adding Services." Review the information and select the date that you want your service requests to become effective. Click "Submit Changes" to display an order summary confirming the changes.
