How to Move Streampad in Tumblr
When you install Streampad on your Tumblr blog, it creates a bar that functions as a streaming media player at the bottom of the page. The Streampad player plays all of your blog's audio posts in succession, making your blog function as a streaming online radio station. However, the player has a drawback: The music stops playing when the visitor leaves the page. To prevent this, allow your visitors to move the player out of the page. Select the "Allow Popout" option when generating the code for the Streampad player to give your visitors the ability to play audio from your Tumblr blog in a separate window.

Navigate in your Web browser to Streampad's "Get It" page (streampad.com/getit) and click the "Tumblr" icon next to "Select your platform."

Scroll down to the "Customize It" section at the bottom of the page, and use the four colored squares to adjust the color of the Streampad player's background, text and progress bars. Change a color by clicking a square and selecting the desired color on the pull-down menu that appears below.

Modify the "Default Text" field if you would like the Streampad player to display a message other than "Click to play all audio posts."

Select the "Yes" radio button next to "Play Button Display" to display a triangular "Play" button next to the text you entered in the previous step.

Select the "Yes" radio button next to "Autoplay" to have the Streampad player begin playing music immediately when a visitor loads the page.

Select the "Yes" radio button next to "Allow Popout." This selection enables visitors to move the Streampad player.

Select the "Yes" radio button next to "Enable Playlist Drawer" to place a button in the Streampad player allowing visitors to select tracks to play using a pop-up menu. Enter the desired menu size in pixels in the "Drawer Size" field.

Select the "Yes" radio button next to "Auto Show Playlist on Play" to have the playlist menu appear immediately when the Streampad player begins playing audio.

Select the "Yes" radio button next to "Enable Volume Controls" to allow visitors to adjust the volume of the Streampad player.

Select a color combination such as "White-Gray" on the "Button Color" drop-down menu to change the colors of the buttons on the Streampad player.

Scroll up to the field under "Copy the script code below." Click and drag the mouse pointer to copy the code in this field. Right-click the code, and select "Copy" on the context menu.

Open a new browser tab, and log in to your Tumblr.com account. Click the name of the blog to which you want to add the Streampad player, and then click "Customize Appearance" on the right menu bar to display the layout customization page for the selected blog.

Click the "Edit HTML" button on the left side of the "Customize" page. The menu expands to show your blog's source code.

Press the "Ctrl" and "F" keys simultaneously. Type "</head>" in the "Find" dialog and press "Enter" to locate the "</head>" tag on line 846 of the source code.

Click to place the cursor at the beginning of the </head> tag and press "Enter" to create a new line above the tag.

Press "Ctrl" and "V" simultaneously to paste the source code for the Streampad player above the "</head>" tag.

Click the "Update Preview," "Appearance," "Save" and "Close" buttons at the top of the page to add the Streampad player to your blog.
