How to Insert Images on Wordpress Blog Post Using Quicktags
Quicktags are a downloaded tool used in conjunction with Wordpress blogs that allows users to insert coding with the click of a button. Adding media to blogs was once a very time consuming task, but Quicktags has made adding media, especially images, a breeze. The image Quicktag is already one of several default buttons that comes preinstalled on this tool, meaning you will not need to do anything extra to begin adding images to your Wordpress blog.

Place your cursor inside the text window at the spot in your document where you would like to insert your image.

Locate the Quicktags toolbar located at the top of your document's text window.

Click the button labeled "IMG."

Type the image's file name into the box that pops up.

Click "OK." When you return to the text window, you will see the coding for your inserted image.
