How to Make Moving Photos in FrontPage

Microsoft Front Page is a WYSIWIG (What You See Is What You Get) software program that allows you to create a website with ease. With the program's “drag and drop” functionality, you simply drag the website element you want to appear on your page, such as photos and media, into the desired position. Drag and drop photos remain static; They don't move. To add movement to your FrontPage photos, incorporate the usage of HTML code.
