How to Play the SNES Emulator Without Administrator Privileges
Many Super Nintendo, or SNES, emulators don't actually require administrative privileges to play. However, you do need these privileges if your emulator requires any installation at all. If you have access to another computer and a USB flash drive, you can set yourself up to have an emulator on the go.

Plug the USB drive into the computer you wish to run it on. You should be able to start the emulator right from the drive.
