Clean the print heads on the JV33 if your images have white lines or dark stripes. Press the “Cleaning” key, use the arrow keys to navigate down and highlight “Normal.” Press “Enter” and wait for the cleaning process to complete.

Press the “Function” key on the printer and then press “Enter.” Press the “down arrow” to highlight “Media Comp.” Press “Enter” and select “Heater.” Press “Enter” twice and select the proper temperature. Press “Enter” and select the time that you want the printer's heater to stay off and in standby. Press “Enter” and then “End” after configuring your settings.
