How to Put a Podcast on My Insignia Pilot Player
In addition to syncing your songs, videos and audiobooks, an Insignia Pilot MP3 player allows you to sync podcasts in MP3 format. You can use Windows Media Player to transfer a podcast to your device. The program is pre-installed in Windows 7 and is compatible with the Insignia Pilot MP3 player.

Go to “Start,” click "All Programs" and launch Windows Media Player.

Click the “Organize” button, highlight the “Manage Libraries” option and select “Music.” When the “Music Library Locations” box appears, click the “Add” button. Go through your folders and select the folder that contains the podcast you want to sync. The podcast will be added to your Windows Media Player music library automatically.

Connect your Insignia MP3 player to your computer using the device’s USB data cable.

Select the “Sync” tab in the upper right corner of the screen.

Click the “Music” button in the library navigation pane on the left side of the screen. A list of audio files in your music library will display.

Select the podcast you imported and drag it to the “Sync List” pane on the right side of the screen.

Click “Start Sync.” Windows Media Player will transfer the podcast to your Insignia MP3 player.
