You can tie Google Analytics goals to products.

If you are using a Website to market and sell products, Google Analytics will track the amount of visitor activity on specific product pages. WIthin your Google Analytics profile, you can define goals for specific products and track them from the Google Analytics dashboard. This process involves creating a new profile goal and setting a goal value for the URL of the product page you want to track.

      Open a Web browser and go to Google.com/analytics.

      Click on the blue "Access Analytics" button and log in with your Google username and password.

      Click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page.

      Click on the "All Accounts" link underneath the orange menu bar.

      Select the name of your site and then go to the "Goals" tab.

      Click on the "+Goal" button beside the next available goal set.

      Enter a name for the new goal you are creating.

      Set the goal type to "URL Destination" and then fill in the "Goal URL" field with the Web address of the product page you want to track.

      Fill in the "Goal Value" field with the number of visits you want to attract to the product page.

      Hit the "Save" button to activate your new goal.
