How to Post a Report to the Web Via SAP Broadcaster
SAP is a commercial suite of applications developed by SAP AG that allows corporate users to share knowledge and communicate over intranets and extranets. The software can be used to manage knowledge-based Web portals. Uploading a report from the Business Explorer component of SAP to a Web portal is accomplished by using a built-in tool provided for this purpose.

Launch the Web application that contains the Business Explorer (BEx) component of the SAP suite.

Right-click on the report you want to share and select "Broadcast and Export."

Click "Broadcast to Portal" and choose the desired format for saving the report.

Enter a meaningful file name for the report. Select the report's language and choose "Other Folder" under "Export Document to." Select the knowledge management, or KM, Web folder to which you want to send the report.

Type a display name for the file under "Display Name." Assign an importance level to the file and enter its description in the corresponding field.

Click on the "Execute" button.
