How to Sync a Zoho CRM With Thunderbird
The Zoho CRM online application provides users with customer relationship management tools for running a business. While the application does not have the ability to sync its contacts directly with the Thunderbird desktop email application, it does have the ability to sync with Gmail. Once Zoho CRM is synced with a Google account, you can sync the Google account with the Thunderbird application, allowing you to view your Zoho CRM contacts directly in Thunderbird.

Open a Web browser and navigate to Google.com. Click the "Sign In" link, followed by the "create an account for free" link. Fill in the required information and click the "I accept. Create my account" button to sign in to your Google account.

Open a new browser window and navigate to Zoho.com/crm. Click the "Sign In" button, type your login credentials in the spaces provided and click the "Sign In" button to sign into your account.

Click the "Setup" link, followed by the "Zoho CRM for Google" link. Click the "Add to Google apps" button, followed by the "Add it now" button to add the Zoho CRM for Google app to your Google account.

Return to your Google account home page and click the "More" menu. Select the "Zoho CRM" option from the drop-down menu to launch the app.

Click the "Setup" link, followed by the "Zoho CRM for Google" option. Click the "Contacts" option, followed by the "Sync" option.

Select the "Zoho CRM to Google (one-way)" option and click the "Save" button to save the settings. Your Zoho CRM contacts will now be synced with your Google account.

Navigate to Addons.mozilla.org. Move your mouse cursor over the "Other Applications" option and select the "Thunderbird" option.

Type "google contacts" in the search bar and click the "Search" button. Select the "Google Contacts" option in the list of search results. Click the "Download" button to download the add-on.

Double-click the Thunderbird application icon to launch the application. Click the "Tools" menu and select the "Extensions" option.

Click the "Install" button, locate the add-on you downloaded in Step 8, highlight the add-on and click the "OK" button to install the add-on. Thunderbird will now automatically reset.

Click the "Google Contacts Preferences" icon to open the preferences window. Click the "Add" button beneath the "Accounts" heading, type your Google account login credentials in the spaces provided and log into your Google account.

Click the "OK" button to save the changes. The Zoho CRM contacts that you synced with your Google account will now be synced to the Thunderbird application.
