How to Remove Gmail CAPTCHA in Outlook
Periodically, you may receive a CAPTCHA code prompt when Outlook attempts to access your Gmail account. This CAPTCHA prompt is a part of Gmail's security features and is triggered when Gmail believes that an unauthorized user is attempting to access your account. Gmail may think that an unauthorized user is attempting to access your account if Outlook attempts to retrieve its messages too frequently. While you cannot disable this security feature, you can prevent it from being triggered by reducing the frequency of Outlook's attempts to access your Gmail account.

Double-click the "Outlook" program icon to launch the program.

Click the "File" menu and select the "Options" option.

Click the "Advanced" tab, followed by the "Send/Receive" option beneath the "File Send and Receive" heading.

Click the "Define Send/Receive Groups" option and select the "All Accounts" group.

Place a checkmark next to the "Schedule an automatic send/receive every ___ minutes" option.

Type an interval greater than 10 minutes in the space provided. As long as Outlook does not attempt to access your Gmail account too frequently, you will not be prompted to enter a CAPTCHA code.
