      Locate the water valves under your sink and shut them off.

      Locate the screw at the base of the faucet and remove it with your Allen wrench.

      Turn the cylindrical faucet cap clockwise until you can pull the cap off the faucet. The flow-rate lever will now be exposed.

      Insert the Allen wrench in the hole in the limiter and turn the wrench to the right to increase water flow. Turn it to the left to decrease the flow.
