How to Get Live Streaming Netflix for iPads

The Netflix application turns an iPad into a streaming video device.

Your computer isn't the only device you can use to watch streaming content from Netflix. If you have an Apple iPad, you can watch streaming Netflix Watch Instantly content on the Netflix app built specifically for the iPad. To access Netflix videos on your iPad, you must install the Netflix application and your iPad must have access to a Wi-Fi network.

Instructions

1. Tap the "App Store" icon on the home screen of your iPad, then type "Netflix" in the search bar in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Select "Netflix" from the results list, then tap the "Free" button. When the "Free" button changes to "Install," tap it. When prompted, enter your Apple password on the pop-up window and then tap "OK." The Netflix application downloads to the iPad and automatically installs.

3. Tap the "Netflix" icon to launch the application, then enter your Netflix login information. Use the application's navigation options to find the streaming content you want to watch. For example, click "Genres" at the bottom of the screen, then select a genre to view the available content.

4. Tap an item to select it, then tap "Play" to view the streaming video.
