How to Get to Mass Editor on Tumblr
Tumblr’s mass post editor, also known as the mega editor, can edit multiple blog posts at the same time. Rather than going through your blog and modifying one blog post at a time, you can use the mass editor to perform actions on multiple blog posts. The mass editor can add tags to multiple blog posts, edit the tags associated with multiple blog posts, and delete multiple blog posts at once. You can access the mass editor from your blog’s page on your Tumblr dashboard.

Open the Tumblr website and log in with your username and password. Your dashboard page appears.

Click the name of your Tumblr blog at the upper right corner of the dashboard page. Your blog’s page appears.

Click the “Launch Mass Post Editor” link under Posts at the right side of your blog’s page.

Tips & Warnings
Click posts in the mass editor to select them. Click the “Add Tags,” “Edit Tags” or “Delete” buttons at the top of the page to edit the selected posts. To open the mass editor directly, type “tumblr.com/mega-editor” into your Web browser’s address bar and press “Enter.”
