How to Blogroll on Tumblr
One of the social aspects of blogging is connecting with other people by browsing and following blogs that you find interesting, informative, moving or funny. On a site such as Tumblr, adding a blogroll to your microblog is a nod to the authors of the blogs you follow, similar to a thumbs-up on Facebook. Tumblr blogrolls, also known as tumblerolls, consist of a group of thumbnails that link to individual blogs. The thumbnails are the portrait photos or avatars of the authors, providing a colorful map of useful and relevant content.
