How to Connect Studio Flash to Canon 450D

The Canon 450D or Rebel XSi camera works with studio strobes. One obstacle to connecting the flash source to this camera is the lack of a Prontor/Compur (PC) connector to carry the trigger current. Setting up a wireless transmitter and receiver system is a solution that requires no cables between the studio flash and the Canon 450D.
