How to Change Pixels to Percents in iWeb
HTML properties let you set a pixel size or a percentage when you set up the width and height of elements. IWeb offers Mac users the ability to create websites. It is useful when you do not know how to create a website without the aid of a builder. To change the pixel sizing to percentage in iWeb, use the properties panel for the element.

Open the iWeb software and the Web project you want to edit. Click the page in the left navigation panel to open it in the editor.

Click the element you want to edit and click "Properties." To edit the page properties, click "Layout" in the page property options.

Type the percentage value in the "Height" or "Width" text box. For instance, for an element to take up 80 percent of the width of the page, type "80%" in the text box. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Click "Publish Site" after you finish making the changes. IWeb uploads the changes to your production website.
