How to Configure Vuze With VPN
If you connect to the Internet through a virtual private network, you need to configure Vuze, a BitTorrent client, to work with your VPN service. If not configured properly, Vuze might use your unprotected Internet connection or not work at all. VPN's can help protect you during your Vuze sessions from rogue peers in the torrent swarm.

Click the "Tools" menu in Vuze and select "Options."

Select "Mode."

Click the "Advanced" radio button under "User Proficiency." Click "Apply."

Select the "Connection" tab to the left and select "Proxy Options."

Enter the information for your VPN, including IP address, port, username and password. Click "Enable Proxying" under both Peer Communications and Tracker Communications.
