How to Get Skype on a PN50C490 TV
Participating in a Skype video chat makes conversing with friends and family more realistic. To take your video chatting to another level, Skype with your Samsung PN50C490 television. Connect an HDMI cable between your television monitor and computer. Plug one end of the cable into the television's “1 (DVI)” port. Plug the other end into your computer's “DVI Out” port. If you are using a D-Sub cable instead of an HDMI cable, plug one end of the D-Sub cable into the television's “PC In” port. Plug the other end of the D-Sub cable into your computer's “PC Out” port.

Connect the audio cable between your television and computer. Plug one end of the cable into your television's “Audio In” port. Plug the other end into your computer's “Audio Out” port.

Press the “Menu” button on your PN50C490 remote control.
