How to Disable the Vodafone Quiz Questions

Vodafone Flash can lead to unexpected charges on your bill.

Vodafone, a cellular service provider operating in the United Kingdom, India and other countries, offers its customers a feature known as "Vodafone Flash.” If you activate this option on your cellphone, you will receive a constant stream of quiz questions, contests, sports scores and news updates. When you click on a quiz question or any other Vodafone Flash message to learn more about it, Vodafone charges you a small fee. Deactivate Vodafone Flash to stop receiving and having to pay for these quiz questions and other miscellaneous content.

  Turn on your Vodafone cellphone. Press the "Menu" key and scroll to "Vodafone Services." Tap this option to select it.

  Select "FLASH!" or "Vodafone Flash." The Activation screen appears.

  Select "Activations." Highlight and select "Deactivate." Scroll down and select "My topics." Select "Off." No further Vodafone Flash content will be sent to your phone.

You can reactivate Vodafone Flash at any time.
To avoid incurring charges for Vodafone Flash messages, don't click the "Options" button within the message. Doing so will result in a charge on your phone bill.
