Visit the Android Market on your Android device or the App Store if you have an iOS device. Search for "Tango" and tap on "Install" to download the app.

Read the terms and conditions of the app. If you agree with them, tap on "OK."

Enter your phone number, along with your country. Type your first and last name and your email address to allow friends to find you when searching for Tango users. Tap on "Save."

Open the "Contacts" tab. Tap on the "camera" icon that is to the right of the contact's name to initiate a video call with that person.
