How to Change the Sciphone Layout

The Sciphone is a Chinese import phone with four home screen pages. If you don't like the default icon layout, the phone allows you to reorder the icons, as well as move them to different pages. You can customize any of the icons except for the ones on the bottom row, which stay the same on all pages.

Instructions

1. Tap any of the icons not in the bottom row.

2. Hold down until all the icons begin to rock back and forth.

3. Tap and hold the icon you want to move until it pops up.

4. Drag and drop the icon to the new location. If you want to move the icon to a different home page, drag the icon to the edge of the screen.

5. Tap the "Menu" button on the bottom of the screen to exit the icon-moving mode.

Tips & Warnings

• You can have up to 16 icons on each of the four home screen pages, but you must have at least one icon on each page. The phone will not allow you to move the last icon off the page.
