How to Hide Photos on an HTC Snap
If you use a MicroSD card with your HTC Snap, you have the ability to encrypt all the files that are saved to it—including photos. Files, such as photos, that are encrypted with the HTC Snap will be hidden from any other device that tries to view them, such as a computer or other phone. After this setting has been enabled on your HTC Snap, all the photos you take will be encrypted and hidden from all other devices.

Tips & Warnings
When encryption is enabled on your HTC Snap, all the photos on your MicroSD card become only accessible on that particular phone. If you ever want to use the photos elsewhere, such as on your computer for printing or burning to a CD, for example, you need to disable the encryption setting. To do so, go back to the "Encryption" menu you accessed in step three and deselect the "Encrypt files when placed on storage cards" option. Your photos will then be unhidden from other devices, which will make it possible for you to transfer them to your computer. After the transfer, hide them again by repeating the steps above.
