How to Create an RSS Feed for a Private Ning Network
You can generate an RSS feed for a private Ning social network; however, you have to at least make the site's main page public to do so. When you choose this setting, non-members will be unable to view member blogs or details, and an RSS feed will only be generated for the site's main page.

Sign in to your Ning management dashboard, and then click on "Privacy" under "Settings."

Check the box next to "Public," and then select "Main Page Only."

Click on "Save" to save the changes, and then click on "OK." Now your Ning site will generate RSS feeds but only the main page will be public.

Click on "Main" to navigate to the main page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue RSS icon. This is your site's feed address.
