How to Import Files From JZip to PHP MyAdmin
JZip is a free compression utility capable of creating, opening and extracting zip, GZip and TAR files. You can use the program to compress large SQL database files exported through phpMyAdmin. You can also import large database files into phpMyAdmin that have been compressed with jZip. Your database file must be compressed in the zip or gzip file formats to import into phpMyAdmin.
