How to Import a Bitmap to a Mathcad Header
Mathcad is a math application that deals with equations, text and graphs. With Mathcad's user-friendly interface, you can enter equations and graph data, as well as mathematic fomulas without changing their format in the workspace. Mathcad has other functionalities including vector and matrix manipulation and numeric functions. A bitmap is a type of two dimensional graphic image made up of pixels in a grid. Customize your Mathcad file with a specific header by importing a bitmapped image to the Mathcad file header.

Prepare or select a bitmap image to import to the Mathcad header.

Double-click the Mathcad icon on your desktop to open it. Click the “View” menu and select “Math” to enter math formulas. Click one of the math formulas to insert it on the workspace. Enter as many formulas as you need.

Click the “View” menu and select “Header and Footer.” Click the “Header” tab.

Click in the left field of the header settings. Click the “Image” button in the Tools section. Insert the bitmap image by clicking “Browse” and selecting it. Click “OK.” The image will appear on the header when you print the Mathcad files.
