How to Import & Export an OPML URL
To move between different RSS feed readers, you don't have to enter all of your subscriptions manually in your new reader. Instead, you can use the OPML format to quickly subscribe to all of your feeds. Web browser can read the OPML format, so sometimes you get a URL to the OPML file. You can use this URL to manage your subscriptions.

Go to the Web page that has the OPML file. Click the "File" menu and "Save Page As." Navigate to a location on your hard drive to save the file, then click "Save."

Open the feed reader to which you want to import the OPML file.

Locate a settings menu, which has an option to import and export an OPML file. For example, in Google Reader, click the "Gear" icon and the "Import/Export" tab, then click "Browse," locate the OPML on your hard drive, click "Open" and "Import." In Bloglines, click the "Add Content" tab and select "Import." Other Readers have similar ways to import OPML files.
