Visit the MetroFLASH website at metropcs.com/metroflash. Type your zip code in the text box and click the "Submit" icon to locate a MetroPCS store near you.

Visit the MetroPCS store with your HTC Evo and cash or credit card. As of the date of publication, MetroPCS charges $10 for their flash service. A representative will complete the flash process and load the required MetroPCS files onto your handset.

Select a service plan with MetroPCS. In order to use the flash service, you must set up a monthly service plan with the provider. You need talk, text and data services to use the HTC Evo on MetroPCS.
