How to Add a Person as a Sibling on Facebook
Facebook allows members to personalize their profiles, and the options include adding siblings and other family members. When you click "About" on your timeline, a list of family members and links to their profiles and their relationship to you are included in the "Relationships and Family" section.

Navigate to your Facebook profile after logging in to the website.

Click "Update Info."

Click "Edit" in the "Relationships and Family" section.

Click "Add Another Family Member" and enter the name of the sibling you want to add.

Select "Brother" or "Sister" from the drop-down menu next to your sibling's name.

Click "Save." Your sibling will be notified and asked to approve the relationship. After she verifies that you are her sibling, the relationship will appear on your Facebook profile.
