Use lip balm with cayenne powder instead of gloss.

Cayenne powder is used as a natural lip plumper. As more women have a desire for full, plump lips, beauty product companies have provided a variety of lip plumping products, ranging from inexpensive glosses to costly treatments. For those wanting a cheaper and more natural option, the combination of ground cayenne pepper and lip balm can provide a similar effect. Tips & Warnings

  • Ground cinnamon or ginger can also be used as a natural irritant to give your lips a plump look. You are less likely to have an allergic reaction as well.

  • Do not lick your lips after applying the cayenne powder and gloss mixture or you can risk inflaming your throat.

  • If the cayenne powder causes discomfort or pain, rinse it off with cold water immediately and apply a medicated lip balm to your lips.
