How to Add a Transparent Overlay to Video
Windows Live Movie Maker features many optional visual effects you can add to your video, including transparent overlays. These overlays add artistic effects to your video, but do not include any opaque elements that completely block the image. Using the transparent visual effects in Windows Live Movie Maker can apply a "finished" look to your video that does not detract from the action going on in the camera shot, but adds a professional element that makes it suitable for a corporate or public setting.
