Connect your Action Replay memory card to your computer by using the supplied USB adapter.

Launch the Action Replay application by clicking on its shortcut in the Start menu.

Click on the "+" sign next to the name of the game whose cheat files you wish to transfer to the memory card in the "PC Database" column.

Drag each cheat file listed under the name of the game in the "PC Database" column to the left-hand "Memory card" column. The program now transfers those files to the card.
