How Can I Open an EPR File at Home?

An EPR file is an external procedure object created with Actuate's BIRT Information Object Designer. These files contain stored procedures that computer programs call on to perform a standard function. Ordinarily, if you have an EPR file on your home computer, you should not attempt to open it as any edits could cause errors in programs that use the file. However, experienced programmers may wish to open these files to make necessary changes for their programs.
