How to Download on TeamBuilder
"NCAA Football 12," a football simulation from EA Sports for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game consoles, allows a player to create his own teams and upload them to a server. This feature, called “TeamBuilder,” also gives players the ability to download and play with teams created by others. You can download teams from TeamBuilder by following a few simple steps.

Insert the "NCAA Football 12" DVD in your console and boot it.

Select "Team Management" from the game's main menu.

Select "TeamBuilder" and use your gamepad to choose "Search."

Search for the team you wish to download. You can use several search criteria, such as the name of the person who created the team or the type of players on the team.

Select the team you wish to import into the game and activate "Download." You will now be able to use that team while playing any offline or online game mode.
