How to Make Watery Text in PS3
The PlayStation 3 console has numerous font types that can be selected as the system font. Most are standard fonts without special features or styling, but a few include some cool textures as the text background. One such font is the “Water” font. When this special font is enabled, all the text displayed on your PS3 will have a watery and somewhat transparent texture.

Turn on your PS3 console and a controller. Scroll through the main menu to the “Settings” category. The category is located between the “Users” and “Photo” categories.

Select the “Theme Settings” subcategory from the Settings page and scroll all the way to the bottom of the new page to the “Font” section. Select it to open the Font page.

Scroll through the available fonts and look for the “Water” font. The list is sorted alphabetically, so the font will appear near the bottom of the list. Select this font to make the text on your PS3 console appear watery.
