How to Disassemble a 2006 MacBook
The original 2006 MacBook was the first of its kind, replacing the iBook and PowerBook series. It featured a webcam and a 13-inch screen, but was relatively inexpensive and was marketed to families and schools. As of 2011, Apple no longer sells MacBooks in retail stores. Educational organizations can still purchase them directly from Apple. You can disassemble your MacBook, but any damage you cause when you take the laptop apart will void any warranty you have on the device.
